Preparation
Microfiber is excellent for cleaning walls and
ceiling because it holds dirt and grime inside the Mop Pad,
requires minimal water usage, therefore it does not drip.
The best scenario is to use an
18" Mop Holder and a
Extendable 360 degree Swivel
Handle which will give you better reach and
control.
You will also need a GREEN 18" Dust Mop
Pad and one
18" Blue Scrubbing
Pad for approximately every 200 square feet
of wall or ceiling space to be washed (about a 14'x 14'
area).
Start by DUSTING with the GREEN PAD. Use the
paint roller theory to dust the area to be washed.
Now Your Ready to
Wash! WET the BLUE PADS with clean
water and Wring out the excess to prevent
dripping.
For Ceilings start in
a corner. Use long strokes in a continuous S
pattern, overlapping slightly to insure coverage. Use your pad
until it dries out or begins leaving streaks, then it is time to
change the pad. When using Chemicals spray the damp mop
pad.
On Walls start in a corner and use the
continuous S pattern working horizontally left to
right moving down the wall. Again, overlap
slightly to insure coverage and use your pad until it dries
out or begins leaving streaks, apply a fresh pad and
continue as needed. When using Chemicals use the Spritz
method to spray the wall first.
NOTE: Chemical cleaning solutions can
be used.
