MICROFIBER- The Future of Cleaning is
Now!
Microfiber is a revolutionary man-made fiber that can be
processed, woven, and finished in a variety of different ways to
achieve specific results.
FiberKraft microfiber is a
synthetic blend of 70% polyester (the scrubbing and cleaning
fiber) and 30% nylon polyamide (the absorbing and quick
drying fiber) yarn that is a microscopic 0.2 denier. A
single fiber is approximately 1/20th the diameter of a strand of
silk or 100 times finer than a human hair.
Unprocessed (fibers not
split) micro fiber cloth woven in a flat weave, has very poor
absorbtion characteristics. In fact, it is used to manufacture
water resistant clothing.
When the same microfiber
thread is processed by splitting the individual threads and weaving
them in a loop or waffle pattern, spaces are created between the
wedge-shaped polyester core and the cloth becomes super
absorbent.
A microfiber towel will absorb
over seven times its' weight in liquids. There are over 90,000
fibers per square inch and the increased surface and unique fiber
structure gives a microfiber towel the ability to collect and hold
dust, oil, grease, and liquids.
A microfiber cleaning
cloth is super strong and lint free and may be used on any surface,
plus microfiber towels are:
- Hypoalergenic- safe for those
with allergies.
- Non-Electrostatic- safe around
sensitive electronic equipment.
- Fast Drying- dries in one third
the time of most other towels.
- Environmentally Friendly- requires no
soap or chemicals.
- Four times more effective- removing
germs and bacteria.
- Able to absorb liquid spills from
any surface- including carpet and
upholstery.
- Non-Abrasive- safe on any
surface.
- Durable & Longing Lasting- can be
laundered over 400 times.
- Superior Cleaning efficiency- lower
cost per use versus traditional cleaning methods.
- Machine
Washable and Dryable- No bucket wringing
required.
